SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping (3-5-day processing) – Free (orders over $50)

We utilize UPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if you choose Free Shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.

Standard Shipping (1-2 days PROCESSING) - Rates will be determined by UPS at checkout According to order weight and address.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to shop@lindaclay.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
